Hardap Region

Mariental — Head Office

Hardap is defined by irrigated agriculture along the Fish River, extensive livestock farming and its position on the country's principal north–south corridor. Mariental is the regional administrative and commercial centre, and the location of the group's head office.

Water infrastructure, agricultural value addition, agro-processing and corridor logistics represent long-term investment potential anchored by SSG's presence in the region.

Economic transition in the south creates demand for housing, serviced land, logistics capability, marine services and diversified enterprise. To create & nurture the foundation of economic energy SSG maintains four offices in the region.

ǁKharas Region

Southern Namibia

Namibia's southernmost region combines mining, marine activity, logistics and a long Atlantic coastline. Oranjemund, Lüderitz and Rosh Pinah are transitioning towns with significant infrastructure inherited from resource development, while Keetmanshoop functions as the commercial and transport hub of the south.

Erongo Region

Walvis Bay

Erongo hosts Namibia's principal port, its fishing industry, significant mining activity and a growing energy and industrial base. Walvis Bay is the country's gateway for regional trade.

Port-linked logistics, industrial land, marine value chains and services to energy and mining projects underpin the region's long-term investment case.

Omaheke Region

Investment interests

Omaheke is Namibia's principal cattle-producing region, with extensive rangeland and a strategic position on the trans-Kalahari corridor towards Botswana and the wider region.

Livestock value chains, feedlot and processing capability, and corridor-linked logistics are areas of interest. SSG holds investment and development interests here; no office is currently established.

Khomas Region

Investment interests

Khomas contains Windhoek, the seat of national government and the centre of Namibian financial services, commerce, professional capability and institutional investment.

Urban property, commercial development, financial services and institutional partnerships are areas of interest. SSG holds investment and development interests here; no office is currently established.
